Whilst all our projects benefit from our experience and in-depth legislative knowledge, we are regularly called upon to act as Expert Witness to unravel and provide direction for contentious contaminated land and hazardous materials projects. Often desktop based to provide expert opinion in accordance with the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999, we also identify and complete additional field investigations to dispel inadequate science and empower legal practitioners as they focus on resolving key environmental issues.

We have recently assisted confidential projects involving contamination from petroleum hydrocarbons, asbestos and other hazardous materials for parties that included insurers, a major grocery and fuel retailer, civil contractor, and the State Government.
