The Sunshine Coast was originally wallum and mangrove country, infilled and developed from the 1960’s using sometimes less than pristine fill materials. When Sundale developed a new aged care facility at Tewantin near Noosa, they were meticulous with the required standard of site preparatory works. Environmental Advisors provided soil and groundwater assessments to inform and document the remediation and validation methodology.

With a site presence for nearly a year, we worked alongside project civil engineers and contractors as the 10-hectare site was remediated and validated.
